The app relies on Telematics technology that evaluates driving behaviour, that includes acceleration, brakes, coring, acceleration and mobile phone usage, and other factors that influencing driving quality, such as late-night driving and distance covered. To provides drivers with the chance to earn weekly rewards through Tawuniya Drive points, encouraging and rewarding safe driving practices.

- Impact Alert Technology: Upon receipt of an alert from the sensor in the event of an accident, the client is contacted by our team to provide a range of immediate services including reporting the incident to Najm, creating a request to towing the vehicle, transport it to the agency/workshop and then deliver it to the customer's door, in addition to submitting a claim
- Weekly Rewards: CashBack, Gas vouchers, car wash, Vouchers for delivery orders and free rides
